Your return and refund policy (atleast 14 days of rights of withdrawal)
When purchasing services, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with the current Distance Contracts Act. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his/her/their purchase by notifying our customer manager at Framtidsverket within 14 days of the Customer placing his order for the service (the withdrawal period). The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been delivered / completed and where the Customer has expressly agreed to the service being started without a right of withdrawal.
Delivery policy (order processing time and delivery cost)
Framtidsverkets products are digital and the Customer never pays for delivery.
